Perhaps Winter looks a little like Mommy?


I came across this photo of me at about 8 months of age. It was taken in Wildwood in 1970 in my parents' Volvo. Why I am located in the front seat, I don't know. I always wondered what the car seats looked like back then. Now we know!

Does anyone think Winter looks a little like me after seeing this photo?

    Wow, Sis. Never saw this photo before. Lots of things go through my mind seeing it - 1, YES, Winter does look like you, 2, I remember that Volvo! 3, was that a family dog? I remember Pop Pop saying he once had a cocker spaniel, but not Mom or Dad. 4, I remember seeing a child's car seat similar to that in an automotive MUSEUM! Luckily you were in a Volvo, because those are NOT safe! Thanks for sharing.

    The back of the photo says the dog's name is Duchess. Was it Mom Mom's and Pop Pop's?
